These Terms and Conditions are required platform terms for Good Times Events, operated by Ultimate Unlimited LLC. By registering for, attending, or using services connected to an event on the Good Times platform, you agree to comply with event rules, organizer instructions, payment and refund terms presented during registration, and applicable law. Ultimate Unlimited LLC provides the technology platform and may process account, registration, waiver, payment, and communication data as needed to operate the service.
Text Messaging Terms: By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Good Times Events at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
