This required Privacy Policy language applies to Good Times Events and the Good Times Events platform operated by Ultimate Unlimited LLC. We collect and process account information, registration details, contact information, waiver records, payment references, and event communications data to operate registrations, payments, safety workflows, support, compliance, and platform security. We do not sell personal information. Mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, and messaging providers may process data only as needed to provide the service.
Text Messaging (SMS): With your consent, Good Times Events sends recurring automated text messages such as roster confirmations and event, schedule, and weather/safety alerts to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registration or purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or sold.
