SFI West 2026

EXPECTATIONS & RULES:

• Fields will be lined. There are 10 grass fields and 3 turf fields; plan your footwear and clothing choices accordingly.

• CUA will provide 2 sun canopies per field. They shouldn't be moved; and teams cannot bring additional canopies as nothing can be staked into the ground. There is additional shade around the venue.

• We should have plenty of water and bathrooms/portable bathrooms on site.

• There is a concession stand on site for all of your food purchasing needs.

• There will be 2-3 trainers each day starting 90 minutes before games start. If you know you’re going to need tape (especially KT Tape or a large wrap to compress muscles or limit joint mobility) please bring it with you as trainers have a limited supply.

• There will be 4 or 5 observers working the weekend. Requests can be made but with a limited crew they will be focusing on coverage of all three divisions, maximizing teams exposure to the experience of being observed, and games that bear significant weight on season rankings.

• Parking is $10/car/day and collected by the venue.

• No off leash dogs; the facility and TD have the right to request the removal of a pet that is a distraction.

• No sunflower seeds or shelled nuts.

• No glass allowed on site.

• As advertised by the National Directors, SFI West will be $800 per team plus an additional $30/player. Teams should have received an adjustable invoice (please base player fees on how many players you’re rostering for the event) via email on July 9th and must submit payment (or be in touch with CUA) by July 22.

• USAU National Directors and the TD will have schedules posted by Tuesday July 21.

• Team admins / captains / coaches will be invited to an event WhatsApp two days before the event for additional communication during the event.
