California Ultimate is excited to host the 2025 Sinvite on March 29-30, 2025 in Henderson, Nevada. We do our very best to include every team that wants to participate; your help in providing us timely information about your team(s) will help us get every team set up for a great tournament... But navigating Vegas? That's on you.

EVENT DETAILS

Date:  March 29-30, 2025

Expectations:

• 6-7 games using USAU approved formats
  • (TBD: Friday - 2:00PM-9:00PM)
  • Saturday - 9:00AM-9:00PM
  • Sunday - 8:30AM-3:30PM
• Lined fields (except two turf fields)
• Two sun canopies per field
• Water & snacks
• Professional photographer

Field Site: Heritage Park, 350 S Racetrack Rd, Henderson, NV 89015

• Games will be played on the soccer fields on either side of the southwest parking lot; teams should be prepared to play on grass and turf

Divisions: College Men's & Women's

Official Hotel: We’ve secured one of the best rates in Vegas for the Sinvite & RLNC weekend at the Hampton Inn Tropicana. It’s just across the freeway from the famous Las Vegas Strip, and 27 minutes from the fields in Henderson. All taxes and the daily resort fee are included in this price; all rooms are double queens fit for 4 people and include access to the pool. Breakfast and parking are both included for this property.

Make sure to add the number of rooms your team needs PER DAY. For instance, if you need 2 rooms Friday night and 3 on Saturday, make sure you have two different hotel “products” in your cart with the appropriate date and quantity before checking out.

Once you book these rooms we’ll reach out to you to get a team representative’s details for each room. We will need one 21+ guest per room as this property is a casino and that's Vegas law.

Unfortunately, because the hotel is offering our event a special rate for these rooms, we can’t allow refunds nor can we guarantee additional rooms can be added after March 21st, so be sure to book your rooms ASAP.

Rough Timeline for Team Admins:

• February 9 - Registration opens
• February 14 - Payment portal opens on CUA website
• March 2 - Nonrefundable team fee due to reserve spot
• March 16 - Player fees due
• March 26 - Rosters locked
• March 29-30 - Sinvite 2025: Pride

PAY TEAM & PLAYER FEES

Fees:

• Due by March 2nd - $300 team fee ($200 for women's teams)
• Due by March 16th - $10 per player fee (minimum of 15); per player fee jumps to $15 starting March 17th
• For a 15 player team, this is $550 total, or $36.67/player; it gets cheaper per player with more players

Refund Policy: We will only run a division if there are six plus teams, or if all teams agree to play in a combined division (ie - Dev/D3, D3/D1, or Dev/D3/D1). Full refunds will be offered if less than 6 teams register in a division or combo division by March 2nd.
