Get ready for a fun weekend of College Ultimate just north of Hollywood near the most prolific roller coaster park in the world, Six Flags Magic Mountain. This tournament will be USA Ultimate sanctioned and all games will be considered part of their "regular college season."
WHEN: February 26-27, 2022
WHERE: Central Park, 27150 Bouquet Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91350
WHO: We have space for up to 22 teams and will give a division the green light for a two-day tournament with 5 or more teams.
OFFICIAL HOTEL: Best Western Valencia/ Six Flags Inn & Suites - 27513 Wayne Mills Place, Santa Clarita CA 91355
EXPECTATIONS: Two days of play (6-7 games), lined fields, water
REQUIREMENTS: Every player and coach must be a USAU member in good standing; this provides insurance coverage for all parties involved. Players must be added to an event roster and submitted to USAU by Feb 23rd. Final payments for player fees must be made (or otherwise arranged) by Feb 25th at 11:59pm.

BID DETAILS:
- Bids will be accepted on a first come (per division), first serve basis.
- We will reserve 10 spots for women's teams and 10 spots for men's teams until Friday, Feb 18th at 10:00pm, if a division is not full after this point we may begin allocating extra spots to the other division if there are more teams with bids submitted.
- The bid fee for Magic Mountain Melee will consist of two parts:
- TEAM FEE - A nonrefundable $250 fee (unless there aren't enough teams to field a division or your bid is not accepted in which case it will be refunded on Wednesday, Feb 23rd)
- PLAYER FEES - $12 per (event) rostered player. Only players attending will need to be paid for; you'll submit your final event roster to USAU by Feb 22 and invoice your team on the 23rd.
- Bids are considered submitted once the team fee has been paid
- If your team has a complicated payment process please get in touch to discuss
DIVISIONS & DAYS: After considerable team feedback via email, we intend to host both a two-day women's tournament and a two-day men's tournament. If your team is not willing to play in a two-day event but you'd otherwise be interested in a one-day event, please get in touch including your team name, division, and preferred day.
