2025 College SW DI Regionals

California Ultimate is excited to host the 2025 College SW DI Regionals on April 26-27, 2025 in Bakersfield, CA. This beautiful, new-to-ultimate venue will host 32 teams as they compete to rule the DI division in the Southwest. With 6 Women's bids to USA Ultimate's DI College Nationals, and 3 Men's bids, Southwest Regionals will be more exciting than ever before!

Parking / Admission: Spectators will be charged $10/car for one day or $15/car for both days. Team players and staff will be given parking passes for the weekend so their entrance is free.

April 4 - Book team hotel rooms before special rates expire
April 16 - Nonrefundable team fee due to reserve spot
April 20 - At least 15 player fees due
April 21 - Additional player fees incur an additional fee
April 23 - Rosters locked
April 26-27 - Tournament

EVENT FEES

Due by April 16th - nonrefundable $325 team fee
Due by April 20th - $15 per player fee (minimum of 15); per player fee jumps to $20 starting April 21st
For a 15 player team, this is $550 total, or $36.67/player; the average total cost per player gets cheaper with more rostered players

REFUND POLICY

Team fees are nonrefundable. Player fees are refundable until April 2nd. Should unforeseen circumstances make the event unplayable that weekend, we will do our best to reschedule for one of the following two weekends, otherwise we will refund as much as we can after covering sunk costs.
